Couture of extreme propiety.
Valentino. Soft. High collars. Buttoned up. Wispy. This was glamour at its most restrained with a feel of real life to it. Nothing superficial. For Picciolo and Grazia couture should be for the everyday woman. Something real and tangible not fantastical. This was a prairie meets French royalty look if there ever was one. Very pastoral and proper in layers of chiffon covered flowers. It was a delicate collection of quiet luxury, something reminiscent of the old world.
So breathtakingly beautiful and fresh. Down to every detail.
